The Problem

Your program is real.
It just isn’t organized yet.

Most coaches already have the pieces: workouts, videos, PDFs, leadership lessons, forms, messages, and staff ideas. The problem is that they live everywhere except one system athletes can actually use.

Content is scattered
Workouts live in one place, videos somewhere else, and resources get buried in folders, texts, and old links.
Players need direction
Practice ends, athletes leave, and the next step is often unclear unless everything is organized for them.
Coaches lose visibility
You can share the plan, but without one system it is hard to know who is actually engaging after practice ends.
The cost isn’t just disorganization. It’s losing momentum while development waits to become a real program.
Make It Available

Put development where athletes can actually use it.

Once your program is organized, TriadXP makes it available on every athlete’s phone — so workouts, videos, lessons, forms, and resources stay accessible after practice ends.

Available Anywhere

Athletes can open their program from home, the gym, the field, or wherever development continues.

Simple To Follow

Sessions give athletes a clear path instead of sending them searching through links, folders, or text threads.

Built For The Year

Use it for off-season work, in-season maintenance, leadership development, mental conditioning, and team resources.

The goal is simple: make the development you already believe in easier for athletes to find, follow, and complete.
The 168 Coach Reminder

The hours after practice matter.

Coaches spend 15–20 hours each week with their athletes. Athlete development happens during the other 148–153 hours. TriadXP finally lets you see what's happening during those hours.

Know Who Engaged

Finally, know what happens after practice ends.

TriadXP gives coaches visibility from the entire program, down to an individual player, a specific activity, or a single session.

Program Summary

See overall engagement across your team. Instantly identify who is participating, who isn't, and which parts of your program are generating activity.

Great coaches don't just build great programs. They know whether athletes are actually using them.
Why It Matters

Great coaches don’t just deliver development.
They know whether development is happening.

Because great coaching isn't just delivering development. It's knowing athletes are actually engaging with it.

    The thinking behind the product

The app came from the same question as the book.

TriadXP wasn’t created from a software idea.

It emerged from conversations with coaches, athletes, and program builders who believe their greatest influence happens outside games and team practices.

The 168-Hour Coach documents those lessons and the philosophy behind the platform.
